Wintry Weather Across Wide Swaths of the Country; Heavy Rain in the Mid South

A developing storm will bring wintry conditions from the Midwest to the Mid-Atlantic, including into the National Capital Region; and heavy rain that may cause flash flooding across the Mid-South.
